Job Description : |
1. Monitoring & Control of accounting
transactions on daily basis.
2. Develop and Implementation of standard accounting policy as per laws.
3. Supervise and responsible for all payments, Sales, Purchase, Debit Note,
Credit Note and journal voucher.
4. Prepare monthly balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, stock statement,
cash flow statement, fund flow statement etc..
5. Prepare monthly MIS reports and submit to management.
6. Responsible for Statutory compliance under the following laws :
( Income Tax Act, Service Tax, Central Excise, VAT(Central Sales Tax Act, Companies Act , Foreign Trade Policy, Labour
Laws etc.)
7. Prepare and checking of statutory returns and timely submit to respected
authority under the laws
8. Calculation of all the tax as per the statutory enactment.
9. Responsible for statutory compliance of entire group of companies
responsible for all statutory compliance at various geographical locations
across India.
10. Coordination with various depots and Group Company for statutory enactment,
stock updating, Statutory Agreements, timely submission of various return to
respected authority etc.
